In a video shared on his social media page, V.ic revealed that he spends between ₦750,000 to ₦800,000 every day. He expressed deep concern for Nigerians without a steady income, wondering how they manage to navigate the ongoing financial crisis.
The artist also disclosed that ever since he ventured into music, his inbox has been flooded with messages from people seeking financial assistance. According to him, he allocates about ₦100,000 daily for giveaways to fans in need.
“Even gari wey be poor man food be luxury now. How does the poor mass survive? This is not something to joke about. Where I stay on the Island, I spend not less than N700k”.
“There is nothing I can show for the money I spend. But by the end of the week, about N700K or N800K is gone. I always get messages from my fans, and billing messages, even this morning I spent not less than N100K because of the giveaway.”
