Award-winning Nigerian artist Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known as Wizkid, has recently responded to circulating rumors regarding the cancellation of some of his North American shows. The rumors suggest that his “Morayo Tour” dates in the US and Canada were scrapped due to disappointing ticket sales.

The controversy started when news spread that four out of the eleven scheduled dates for the tour were canceled. The highly anticipated show is set to be a grand celebration, titled “Wizkid with Color of Noize Orchestra.” To heighten the excitement, Jamaican singer Shenseea will also be joining Wizkid on stage for the event, adding even more star power to the night.
