Popular TikTok content creator, Peller, has recounted his surprising experience while preparing for the highly anticipated wedding of Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux.
In a recent live chat with fellow streamer Sandra, Peller revealed that he and his partner Jarvis had planned to buy the Asoebi for the celebrity wedding but nearly forgot. By the time he remembered and reached out, it was almost too late — and Jarvis ended up paying nearly N300,000 for just two yards of fabric.
According to Peller, the high cost forced Jarvis to get creative, combining the Asoebi material with other fabrics to complete her outfit for the event.
The couple’s stylish appearance at the wedding still turned heads, but the behind-the-scenes hustle has sparked conversation online about the growing costs of Asoebi at high-profile Nigerian events.
