Mohamed Salah has issued a reminder about his unresolved contract situation, hinting that a new deal is “far away.”
Salah, who contributed a goal and two assists in Liverpool’s match against West Ham, is out of contract in the summer and will be eligible to negotiate with overseas clubs from January 1.
Addressing his future, the Egyptian said, “We are far away from that [a new contract].
“My focus is on the team and winning the league. I’ll continue giving my best, but my thoughts are on helping Liverpool lift the trophy.”
