A viral moment unfolded in Nigeria when Noel Robbinson, a well-known German TikTok creator with over 40 million followers, expressed his frustration about being overlooked by Nigerian artist Rema.

While speaking with Nigerian personality Peller, Robbinson discussed how his dance videos played a significant part in the global success of Rema’s song Calm Down. However, the singer has not responded to him.

In a video that is gaining attention online, Robbinson said:

“I was dancing Calm Down, but Rema didn’t talk to me. He never did. I texted him, he didn’t reply.”

Currently visiting Nigeria, the influencer looked visibly hurt as he shared how he reached out to Rema but received no response, despite his viral content helping to promote the Afrobeats hit internationally.

Peller, surprised by Robbinson’s story, assured him that the situation would be addressed, promising:

“Don’t worry, trust me, he will get in touch.”
