At the court session, the case scheduled for Friday, January 24, 2025, was pushed back after the manager’s attorney asked for a new date due to lack of preparation.
The lawyer mentioned that Ezekiel, his client, was not aware of the summons.
He told the court that his client would come in willingly, leading to the cancellation of the arrest warrant.
Meanwhile, a source with knowledge of the situation stated that Pearson Consulting, an independent audit firm, discovered that Ezeetee misappropriated USD 264,000 from gospel artist Minister Judykay.
The information came to light through an audit report created after a careful review of financial records
