A Nigerian man has shared his harrowing encounter with an attempted kidnapping by alleged Fulani herdsmen in Delta State.
The incident, detailed in a post on the popular social media platform X (formerly Twitter), recounts how the man narrowly escaped, although his car was severely damaged by gunfire.

According to the post, the man and his companions had just entered their car and were about to leave when the herdsmen appeared, shouting for them to stop.
Reacting quickly, the man put the car in reverse and sped off to escape the abduction attempt.
In the video shared online, bullet holes are visible in the car, while the man, who narrowly escaped, is heard saying, “As we parked our car here and entered, they immediately came out of the bush and shouted, ‘Hey…”
