A Biochemistry student of Lagos State University (LASU) broke down in tears after receiving an âFâ in one of her courses, despite claiming to have studied extensively for the exam.
She described her university experience as a scam and warned others not to pursue higher education.

The emotional moment was shared in a video posted on her TikTok page.
In the video, the student is seen crying as she vents her frustration over what she calls an unfair academic system.
She said she studied hard and did her best in the exam, yet still failedâdespite assurances from her lecturer that students wouldnât be failed deliberately.
Part of her statement reads: âLASU, thank you for ruining my life. Why do people fail? You actually read everything and still fail. Then the lecturer says, âI donât want you guys to fail, weâre also parents.â But you go ahead and fail someone elseâs child. Do you find joy in that? Are you guys evil? Donât go to university, guysâitâs a scam.â
Her post has since gone viral, with many users flooding the comment section to express sympathy and share their thoughts on the educational system.
