Taking to Instagram, Jennifer reflected on their time together, expressing the grief and love she continues to feel in the wake of his passing. She shared how words failed her when it came to expressing the depth of her emotions, but her love for him remains unshaken.
In her post, Jennifer revealed the significance of May 7th, recalling a conversation they had in 2010 when Junior Pope asked for her birth date and shared his own—describing the special connection they had. However, this year, she was not celebrating him with the usual birthday festivities but with tears and cherished memories.
Her heartfelt post read:
“In July 2010, you asked my birth date. I asked for yours and you said the last day in the first week of May and I said 7th. It’s may 7th 2025 and I’m not celebrating you with my different birthday surprises. Not with candles and cakes but with tears and memories and a heart that still beats in rhythm with yours”.
