Nollywood star Funke Akindele has a deep wish that many fans are unaware of. She opened up about it during an event.

According to GistLover, K1 De Ultimate was present at Femi Adebayo’s movie premiere on Wednesday.

Akindele attended to honor her friend and celebrate Adebayo’s milestone. While heading to her seat, she saw the well-known actress, Lanre Hassan, famously called Mama Awero.

She shared her desire after Mama Awero complimented her look. She said she wanted to look young.

While at the event, she met several veteran actors and actresses, greeting each one respectfully before finding her seat.

Funke Akindele looked beautiful and showcased her playful nature as she interacted with her colleagues.

It’s worth noting that she recently hosted her movie premiere and invited some music artists, complimenting one for their contributions.

In other news, Nollywood actor and filmmaker Femi Adebayo-Salami talked about how veteran Fuji singer Wasiu Ayinde, known as K1, helped him during the filming of his new movie, Seven Doors.

He mentioned that K1 provided meals for 200 crew members at his resort, and Femi felt very thankful for this generosity. They enjoyed good food, drinks, and had a great time while working on the film.

Femi also shared that making the movie was tough, and the post-production was even harder. He expressed his gratitude to the cast, which included Chioma Akpotha, Jide Kosoko, Muyiwa Ademola, and Fausat Balogun, also known as Madam Saje.

The filmmaker expressed gratitude to his wife, children, and family members, including his father, the well-known actor Adebayo Salami, also known as Oga Bello. He also thanked the former first lady of his state, Mrs. Omolewa Ahmed, for her support.

Additionally, a representative from Lagos state governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu attended the premiere of Seven Doors on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. Other celebrities present included Iyabo Ojo, Gbenga Adeyinka, Toyin Abraham-Ajeyemi, Odunlade Adekola, and Kunle Afolayan, among others.
