Controversial artist Habeeb Okikiola, known as Portable, has intensified his attacks on his former partner, Queen Dami, by releasing a new track titled “Bye Bye to Jaga Jaga.”
He posted excerpts of the song on his Instagram account on Saturday, December 14, 2024.
Before the song’s release, which translates to “bye bye to rubbish” Portable accused Dami of nearly ruining his household. He reiterated his allegations of her infidelity, claiming that while examining her phone, he discovered the names of prominent fuji musicians with whom she had allegedly been involved.
Portable said, “I asked her why she had such names on her phone and she attested to the fact that her husband (the late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi) could not satisfy her as much. After that meeting, she claimed to have been pregnant for me but I gave her a condition that she had to meet if she really wanted me to take her in as a wife.
“When I took her in, I got her a house behind my studio, but she destroyed my bar and chased my workers. She went ahead to met with my wife, Queen Bewaji, without my knowledge and it caused an issue in our home.”
In response, Dami declared her intention to end the relationship after vacating the apartment he had secured for her. She expressed her feelings on Instagram, stating, “Alliamdullillai I’m done. This is too much for me, can’t take this embarrassment again. Ire oo (sic).”
The latest conflict between the former couple escalated after Portable joined Dami’s TikTok livestream, where he hurled insults at her, accusing her of seeking to engage in prostitution.
