In a recent interview reflecting on his 10 years in the music industry, Adekunle Gold discussed how Pheelz, a singer-songwriter and producer, helped him get signed to YBNL by Olamide.
Before this, Adekunle had a connection with Olamide, working as a graphic designer and creating cover art for artists like Lil Kesh and Viktor.
He shared that after Pheelz heard his song “Sade,” he spoke to Olamide about signing him, leading to his successful journey in music.
Under YBNL, Adekunle Gold gained widespread fame with his first album ‘Gold,’ which featured popular tracks like ‘Orente’ and ‘Pick Up.’
