Actress Funke Akindele expressed deep emotions as her film ‘Everybody Loves Jenifa’ achieved a remarkable milestone, grossing N1.6 billion at the box office and securing its position as the highest-grossing film in West Africa’s history.

The film’s distributor, Filmone, announced this significant achievement on its official Instagram account, stating, “A billy gang, we’re up! Everybody Loves Jenifa has grossed over ₦1.6 billion at the box office! We can’t thank you enough for showing this movie all your love”

In response, Funke Akindele took to her own Instagram page to share this thrilling news with her followers. The actress conveyed her gratitude to her Creator and her fans, admitting that she was at a loss for words to express her feelings.

she wrote.

In other news, Former Big Brother Naija contestant, Adekunle Olopade, has expressed his regret over his romantic involvement with fellow housemate, Venita Akpofure.
