A corps member revealed the inadequate state of the lodge at her Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) following the vice principal’s commendation of it.
The individual known as @oriekwu recorded the conditions surrounding the building during her evaluation, emphasizing its dilapidated state and neglect.
Upon ascending the stairs, she observed that the balcony’s roof was damaged, missing roofing sheets, and there were indications of water on the floor due to leaks from the roof.
Considering its shabby appearance and unpainted walls, the corps member’s lodge seemed disorganized. Additionally, the restroom was in extremely poor condition.
In the caption, she wrote,
“The vice principal said the Corper’s lodge is cozy and is best we stay here meanwhile they have a depleted building that the nysc hostel is better than. God will help us.
You need to hear how she was praising the place, that people staying there are fresher than those coming from home.”
