Two brothers in Enugu reportedly went up to the roof of their father’s house and refused to come down until he gave them money.
This event was posted on the social media site X (formerly Twitter) by user @ChuksEricE.
The post states that the brothers threatened to set the house on fire if their financial demands were not fulfilled.
A video that is circulating online shows locals stepping in to help the brothers.
In the video, a man can be seen using a ladder to reach one of the brothers on the roof and persuading him to come back down.
A pick-up truck with security personnel was also there to take the two away from the area.
The quick response from the community helped to manage the situation.
