Nollywood actress Sarah Martins has publicly apologized to Afrobeats superstar Davido after he sent her a harsh message over a false claim that he had launched a new restaurant.
The actress recently took to social media to share a screenshot of the private message Davido sent her, in which he expressed his anger over the misinformation she had posted.
“WTF is wrong with you? Delete that dumb ass sh*t. Which f**king restaurant did I open? I didn’t open any restaurant. Please delete it now,” Davido wrote in the DM.
In response, Sarah expressed sincere regret for the misunderstanding and begged the singer for forgiveness. She insisted that she meant no harm and was simply misinformed by someone else’s post, which led her to jump to the wrong conclusion.
“I’m sorry Davido.
If you know me very well, you can tell that I’m a diehard fan of Davido and Chioma. I would never intentionally disrespect neither of them. I was misinformed by what Opeyemi posted about Davido gifting him food from his restaurant. I just jumped into conclusion.
