Chelsea to reject all offers for Moises Caicedo amid Al Nassr interest

Chelsea have no intention of entertaining offers for midfielder Moises Caicedo, talkSPORT reports, amid interest from Saudi Arabian side Al Nassr.

The Ecuador international, signed from Brighton for a British-record £115 million in 2023, has emerged as a marquee target for the Saudi club.

However, Chelsea are prepared to resist any approach, having labelled the 23-year-old their most important player.

Al Nassr, whose current transfer record stands at £64 million for Jhon Duran, would need to table a bid exceeding £100 million to even initiate discussions.

Despite that, Chelsea now value Caicedo higher than the fee they originally paid, and with a contract running until 2031, the club retains full control of his future.

Caicedo has become a central figure under manager Enzo Maresca, making 37 appearances across competitions this season and even captaining the side on several occasions.

Maresca recently hailed him as potentially “the best defensive midfielder in the world,” praising his consistency, humility and leadership.
