A young Nigerian lady who recently completed her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has expressed heartfelt gratitude to her elder brother for financing her education from primary school to tertiary level.
Sharing her story online, she revealed that her brother had taken on a fatherly role in her life, ensuring she never lacked throughout her academic journey. From her secondary school years to her polytechnic education, he single-handedly paid her fees and supported her dreams.
In a touching video, she was seen honoring him by placing her NYSC khaki jacket on him as a sign of appreciation.
She captioned the post:
“My brother na my Odogwu! He started playing the role of a father since I was in primary school. Saw me through my secondary school and polytechnic, and now I’m done with NYSC. Thank you @Eleniyan! In my next life, I’ll choose you as my brother again.”
