The singer indicated that her contract with the label concluded in February 2024; however, the period following this has been fraught with allegations of financial irregularities and a breakdown in communication.
Judikay disclosed that during the final meetings regarding her contract with Eezee Conceptz, she uncovered significant financial inconsistencies. Consequently, she requested an audit of her financial transactions for the first time since her initial signing. Unfortunately, this request was met with resistance.
She asserted that her former employer obstructed all communication with her, effectively stalling the closure process. Despite her repeated attempts to resolve the issue through legal avenues, Judikay reported that the label’s legal representatives contended that she had no entitlement to an audit, a stance she claimed contradicted the terms of their agreement.
Further attempts to gain clarity through auditors were disregarded, with the label acknowledging receipt of formal correspondence but failing to provide any substantive response.
In a series of posts on social media, Judikay articulated the personal impact of the situation on her life. “I have made the deliberate decision to walk away from this entire drama and I choose to prioritize the greater good and unity of the body of Christ. My role as a member of the body of Christ takes precedence, and I willingly make this sacrifice, drawing strength from the knowledge that Christ is of far greater worth than any earthly possession or vindication.”
